COOPERATION
How does employer branding work in practice? We found the answers together with Audi. Under the motto ‘Tech Journey’, we conducted 10 interviews with employees who shared their personal stories and innovative projects. The campaign shows how employer branding comes to life when people are at the centre and their work is made visible.
Employer branding: Why employees are the focus
Employer branding is a key success factor for companies. It is not just about attracting new talent, but also about motivating and developing existing employees and retaining them in the long term. Authentic stories from employees give outsiders a realistic picture of the corporate culture and career opportunities. Companies that focus on employer branding show that they value their employees and place them at the centre of their communication. This strengthens trust in the brand, promotes employee loyalty and makes the organisation more attractive in the long term. At Spotlight!, we combine strategy and implementation to ensure that such projects are not only well planned but also successfully implemented.
The Tech Journey: Employees tell their stories
As part of the ‘Tech Journey’ employer branding campaign, we teamed up with Audi to interview ten Audi employees who shared insights into their work and career paths. They talked about exciting topics such as innovative display technologies, AI-supported logistics solutions and highly complex production processes. The interviews show how varied and visionary the work at Audi is and what role the employees play in the company’s success. Our CEO Sophia Tran conducted the interviews herself and gathered exciting insights into the individual projects of the employees. The interviews are published via blog articles, social media and other channels to strengthen the employer brand across different media and make the stories of the employees visible.
Gradual publication for sustainable visibility
Six of the ten interviews (see below) are already online and provide initial insights behind the scenes at Audi. The remaining four interviews will follow in autumn, in September, October and November. The staggered publication creates a continuous flow of content that puts employees in the spotlight on a permanent basis and strengthens the employer brand in the long term. This creates an authentic image of Audi as an employer, making the corporate culture tangible and appealing to talented individuals across all channels.

With projects such as ‘Tech Journey’, we demonstrate how employer branding comes to life. We make employees visible, tell their stories and thus strengthen our partners’ employer brand. Strategy and implementation are seamlessly integrated.
In addition to such projects, we also support companies with practical workshops, webinars and training courses on diversity, innovation and growth in the tech scene. Together, we develop ideas, translate them into concrete measures and create content that works. Feel free to send us an email – we look forward to helping shape your next project.
