Event Manager

is looking for event management volunteers!

To strengthen our team, we are looking for support in the area of Event Management. If you’re interested in gaining real-world experience and being creative, Do you enjoy helping to organize events and are you passionate about diversity, startups, and innovation — then you’ve come to the right place!

What you'll be doing with us:

Planning, organizing, and conducting events (e.g., webinars, meetups, conferences, workshops, and more) )
Selection and management of venues, service providers, and suppliers
Developing creative event ideas tailored to our diverse target audience
Communication and coordination with team members and external partners
Support with budget overviews and performance evaluations for events

What you should bring:

Initial experience in the events industry (volunteer work, student jobs, personal experience—it all counts!)
Organizational skills, creativity, and the ability to work independently
Interest in startups, technology, and social participation
Confident use of digital tools and
Enjoyment of teamwork
Excellent command of German and English

Community Manager

is looking for community management supporters!

To strengthen our community, we are looking for someone to help with Community Management Department. If you’re a good communicator and love digital formats And if you enjoy connecting people, you’ve come to the right place!

Your responsibilities:

Managing and growing our online community (e.g., Slack, LinkedIn, etc.)
Planning and implementing interactive formats that strengthen community cohesion strengthen
Point of contact for our members and prospective members
Assistance with organizing community events (virtual or in-person)
Contributing to initiatives that raise awareness of marginalized perspectives

What you should bring:

Interest in topics such as diversity, startups, and social change
A passion for communication and a keen sense of community needs
Basic experience with digital tools (Slack, LinkedIn, Zoom, Canva, etc.)
A structured and independent approach to work
Excellent German and good English skills

Workshop Facilitator

Join the Spotlight! Academy as a trainer for our workshops!

Here at Spotlight!, we’re committed to bringing about lasting change in the European workplace through greater diversity and inclusion—and we need you to help us do that! If you’re a trainer and have experience in leading workshops on topics such as diversity, inclusion, innovation, or leadership, or if you’re interested in developing exciting new formats that inspire and advance companies and public institutions, then the Spotlight! Academy is the perfect place for you. We are looking for dedicated and creative trainers who either already offer their own workshops or would like to collaborate with us to develop and implement new concepts. Our academy is aimed at companies, startups, and public institutions with the goal of bringing more diversity and innovation into the everyday work environment through tailored training.

What you should bring:

Experience as a trainer or workshop leader, ideally in the areas of diversity, equity, inclusion, or related topics.
Passion for promoting innovation, leadership, or soft skills.
The ability to design content for both beginners and experienced professionals.
Enjoyment in working with people from different industries and cultures.
Creativity and openness to developing new workshop formats.
