This workshop is aimed at established teams and organizational units that want to actively address neurodiversity in their collaboration. The focus is on the conditions under which people with different brain types can work well together, with an emphasis on communication, task distribution, decision-making processes, and leadership. Participants develop concrete levers for improving collaboration and develop initial approaches for their own work context.
