Bevor sich die Organisation in Bewegung setzt, blicken wir gemeinsam auf verschiedene sichtbare Artefakte der Organisation. Aufnahme des Status Quo mit konkreter Quantifizierung. Dies ist dann eine mögliche Basis für quantifizierbare Entwicklung. In der Organisationsdiagnostik werden folgende Bausteine untersucht und priorisiert:

Regeln, Vorschriften, Vorgaben und welche Funktionalität hatten bzw. haben sie?
Meetings, Ziele, Durchführung und Ergebnisse
Führung und gemeinsames Verständnis einer Führungskultur,
KPIs, was wird belohnt?
spezifische Themen werden individuell aufgenommen (z. B. Innovation, Technik, IT-Systeme)

Nach dem Workshop sollte es

mehr Transparenz geben, wo die Organisation steht. Was ist davon besonders wichtig, was ist dringlich?
eine konkrete Idee geben, womit man anfangen könnte und woran man selbst, Mitarbeitende und die Kunden eine positive Entwicklung wahrnehmen

About the trainer

Der Trainer ist neuro-systemischer Coach (DBVC) mit 20 Jahren eigener Führungserfahrung (Teamlead bis Geschäftsführer) und kommt selbst aus der Organsiationsentwicklung und Kulturwandel. Unabhängig davon, ob im 1:1 Coaching, in einer Team-/Führungskräfteentwicklung oder Organisationsentwicklung, ist ihm ein ganzheitlicher Ansatz und eine Mischung aus verständlicher systemischer, neuro-systemischer Theorie und umsetzbarer Praxis in den Alltag besonders wichtig.
