How can an employer brand be experienced in an authentic and personal way?
For Audi, we interviewed ten employees from various departments, highlighting their personal stories, perspectives, and experiences. Instead of canned corporate messages, the focus was on the people behind the brand.
The interviews were produced on-site and published as authentic social media content via Sophia Tran’s channels. This created a personal glimpse into the working world at Audi – approachable, credible, and presented from the employees’ own perspectives.
