You have probably come across the acronym LSBTIAQ+ before. Do you know what it stands for and who it refers to? Are you familiar with the realities of life for people who identify as queer? That is exactly where this workshop comes in: we will explore gender identities and sexual and romantic orientations, which play a major role not only for young people today. What does it actually mean to be trans* or non-binary? Who do pansexual people fall in love with? Why has gender-neutral language suddenly become such a controversial topic in public discourse? What will change as a result of the Self-Determination Act? In this training course, you will gain a clear overview of gender identities and sexual and romantic orientations. We clarify key terms and shed light on social developments such as the new Self-Determination Act. We also examine the concept of allyship.
The offer is aimed at anyone who wants to expand their diversity skills and actively contribute to an open and modern working environment. No prior knowledge is required – questions are welcome.
