Die Trainerin ist Arbeitspsychologin, systemische Coach und Therapeutin. Sie arbeitet mit Klient:innen zu beruflichen und privaten Themen und hält Workshops zu mentaler Gesundheit, insbesondere zu Burnout. Seit ihrem 18. Lebensjahr ist sie selbstständig als Trainerin und Mental Coach, vor allem im Tennisbereich, und begleitet Menschen zu gesundem, nachhaltigem Erfolg.
