Im Alltag einer Organisation und in jedem Team treten unvermeidlich Spannungen, Widersprüche und Ambivalenzen auf. In dem Workshop wird erklärt, wie diese Spannungen und Ambivalenzen entstehen und wie ein lösungsorientierter Umgang damit sein kann. Es werden verschiedene Modelle vorgestellt inkl. handlungsleitender Maßnahmen für den Alltag. Es geht um die Spannungen, die immer wieder auftauchen und wie man als Team und in der Führung MIT diesen Spannungen umgehen kann, anstatt dagegen anzukämpfen und dauerhaft Energie zu verlieren.

Goals

Nach dem Workshop können Spannungen und Ambivalenzen im Führungs- und Organisationsalltag als etwas Hilfreiches anerkannt werden. Es gibt verschiedene lösungsorientierte Maßnahmen und Tools wie man mit Spannungen konstruktiv umgehen kann.

About the trainer

Der Trainer ist neuro-systemischer Coach (DBVC) mit 20 Jahren eigener Führungserfahrung (Teamlead bis Geschäftsführer) und kommt selbst aus der Organsiationsentwicklung und Kulturwandel. Unabhängig davon, ob im 1:1 Coaching, in einer Team-/Führungskräfteentwicklung oder Organisationsentwicklung, ist ihm ein ganzheitlicher Ansatz und eine Mischung aus verständlicher systemischer, neuro-systemischer Theorie und umsetzbarer Praxis in den Alltag besonders wichtig.
